AI Calling Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This policy explains the safeguards that apply when Voxna is used to plan or place outbound calls with an AI voice agent. Voxna currently provides a free beta and paid calling is not enabled.

1. AI and company disclosure

A live agent must identify itself as an AI system and disclose the company or product it represents before continuing a sales conversation.

The call plan may use only the product details and approved claims configured by the workspace owner. The agent must not invent facts, make unsupported guarantees, or impersonate a person.

2. Consent and eligibility

Organizations are responsible for documenting a lawful consent or other permitted basis for each live lead before placing a call. The workspace stores the consent basis and eligibility checks with the lead.

Safe demo calls use synthetic or designated demo records and are not a substitute for consent to contact real people.

3. Calling limits

Campaigns enforce destination policy, time zone, permitted calling windows, maximum attempts, retry delays, daily quotas, rate limits, and concurrency limits.

A campaign can be paused immediately by the workspace operator. Calls are blocked for suppressed or ineligible leads.

4. Opt-outs and do-not-call requests

If a person asks not to be called, the operator or agent must acknowledge the request and end the call. The number is added to the organization suppression list and future attempts are blocked.

You can report an unwanted call or request suppression by emailing support@voxna.dev with the number and approximate call time.

5. Call data and recordings

Voxna stores call status, transcript, structured outcome, qualification answers, objections, and booking results when those features are used. Audio recordings are not stored by default.

Workspace retention settings control how long transcript and structured call data remain available. See the Privacy Policy for broader data practices.

6. Human handoff and safety

The agent must offer a human follow-up when a person asks for one, asks for information outside approved claims, or raises a question requiring judgment.

Voxna is a software tool. Workspace operators remain responsible for their campaigns, lead sources, legal basis, scripts, destinations, and compliance with applicable calling rules.

7. Reporting an issue

Report suspected misuse, an incorrect disclosure, a failed opt-out, or a compliance concern to support@voxna.dev. Include the organization, lead or call reference when available, and enough detail to investigate without sending sensitive credentials.

We may pause campaigns or restrict access while investigating a safety or compliance issue.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when product safeguards or applicable requirements change. The revised version and last-updated date will be posted on this page.
