AI voice agent questions, answered.

An AI voice agent listens, speaks, and follows a configured call plan. Voxna is focused on outbound sales setup: define the agent, conversation, audience, and campaign in one workspace.

You can define an agent's name, role, product, audience, voice, and persona image. You can also generate and edit the call plan, set approved claims and disclosure, and prepare a campaign.

Yes, when telephony is configured. Live mode uses a purchased Twilio number and a real ElevenLabs voice, and requires an eligible lead with a consent basis. Safe demo campaigns remain available for simulated calls without contacting real prospects.

You define the opening, qualification questions, disclosure, and handoff in the call plan. The workspace then shows the transcript, lead status, qualification answers, objections, and outcome for the demo run.

Yes. Connect Google Calendar with OAuth, check availability, configure working hours and meeting length, then confirm a slot to create the event. The current flow confirms booking from the workspace after the prospect agrees.

Yes. Run the pre-launch simulator to check disclosure, approved claims, and conversation scenarios before reviewing a demo call or campaign result.

The current workspace focuses on English conversations and uses ElevenLabs for voice selection and previews when configured. Persona images are workspace artwork, not live video avatars.

Campaign settings include time zone, calling window, maximum attempts, retry delay, daily quota, rate limit, concurrency, and data retention. You can pause a campaign and block suppressed or ineligible leads.

You can import leads or seed demo records, queue eligible contacts, and suppress a number when someone asks not to be called. Suppressed leads are blocked from future attempts.

Voxna stores call status, transcripts, structured outcomes, qualification answers, objections, and booking results when those features are used. Audio recordings are not stored by default, and retention settings control how long call data remains available.
